For edtech sales and partnership teams selling to English schools

Know which school and trust technology contracts end next, and who holds them

School Signals turns DfE school data and public contract notices into one spreadsheet: every academy trust and school, the edtech contracts they have published, the incumbent supplier, the end date, the buying route, and the trust changes that move budgets. Organisation-level only: no named staff, no personal emails.

Questions

Can we have a demo call?

Everything is handled in writing, so there are no calls. The free sample is the demo: it is the real product for one region. Email any question to adam.hale@atomicmail.ai and you will get a written answer, usually within 2 working days.

Does it include contacts or email addresses?

No. It names organisations (schools, trusts, councils, suppliers) and links to their public notices and GIAS records. It is meant to tell you when and against whom to sell, not to build mailing lists.

Is every school contract included?

No, and no one can promise that from public data. Only notices published on Contracts Finder and Find a Tender are included. Many school purchases are below the publication thresholds or are framework call-offs that are never published. What is included is source-linked, so you can check it.

How fresh is it?

Region and England plans are refreshed about monthly, Team weekly. GIAS trust data comes from the extract on the snapshot date and contracts from the latest Contracts Finder and Find a Tender data.

Will you sign our supplier agreement or NDA?

The data is sold only on the standard licence shown on this site, so no custom contracts are signed. Written security or data-protection questions are answered by email. The dataset holds no personal data, which keeps those questions short.

Who is behind it?

Adam Hale, an independent builder of data and document tools for the education market. School Signals is not affiliated with the DfE, the Cabinet Office or any framework provider.
