The dataset

School Signals contains no personal data. It describes organisations (schools, academy trusts, councils and companies) and their published contracts. Personal fields that appear in the public sources, such as headteacher names and buyer contact names, emails and phone numbers, are removed. Supplier names that look like individuals or sole traders are withheld.

The request form

If you use the request form we store:

• your organisation's name, your work email address and, if you give them, your role, the plan or region you are interested in, and your message;
• the date and time of the request.

We use this only to reply to you by email about School Signals. We do not add you to a mailing list, share your details or use them for advertising. Our legal basis is legitimate interests, because you asked us to reply, and your consent through the tick box.

Requests are kept in Cloudflare Workers KV and deleted automatically after 12 months, or earlier if you ask. We do not store your IP address or browser details with the request.

Website

The site sets no cookies, has no analytics or trackers and loads nothing from third parties. It is served by Cloudflare, which processes connection data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site under its own privacy policy.

Payments

When checkout opens, payments are handled by the merchant of record (Paddle or Lemon Squeezy) under its privacy policy. We receive your organisation name, billing email and order details, and keep them as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your request data, or object to its use, by emailing adam.hale@atomicmail.ai. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your local data protection authority.
